• Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers.
• Documents and extracted data: files you upload and the deadlines our AI extracts from them.
• Billing data: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and basic analytics.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, extract and surface deadlines, send reminders and product email, process payments, and maintain security.

3. AI Processing

Uploaded documents are sent to AI models to extract deadlines. We do not sell your content and we do not allow it to be used to train third-party models.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, database, payments, email, AI inference), and when required by law. Your documents are not shared with other users or made public unless you explicitly share them.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and deadline data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your documents and account at any time from settings; backups are purged on a rolling basis.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level isolation so that one account cannot access another's data. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
