My Deadline Buddy provides AI-assisted extraction and tracking of deadlines from documents you upload. Output is generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying critical dates and meeting obligations.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of documents and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload the content you submit.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use the Service to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malware, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, or interfere with its operation.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-extracted deadlines will be complete, accurate, or timely. You are solely responsible for compliance with any deadlines that affect you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Deadline Buddy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any missed deadline, lost grant, penalty, or lost revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time from your account settings.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
